Each Pawcast video is a custom digital creation made specifically for you, based on the photo(s) and details you provide.
Because of the personalized nature of this product, we do not offer refunds once the video has been delivered, unless:

• The video is not delivered due to a technical issue, or

• The final product is completely unrelated to the order description or the uploaded image.

We use advanced AI and professional editing tools to make your dog (or chosen subject) look as close as possible to the provided photo.
Please note that minor differences in facial features, expressions, or poses may occur due to AI rendering — these are not considered errors and are part of the creative process.

If you believe your video contains a clear error (e.g., wrong dog breed or missing customization), please contact us at [customvideo@pawcast11.com] within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll review it for possible correction.
