Refund & Returns Policy

Every Pawcast item is made to order. When you place an order, it's printed just for you — we don't keep inventory on a shelf. Because of that, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, size up.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Email us at hello@pawcast11.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You don't need to send the item back.

Wrong item received
Same process as above: send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost.

Lost packages
If your tracking shows no movement or your package never arrives, contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date and we'll look into it with the carrier and replace or refund the order.

Incorrect or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or it goes unclaimed, we'll gladly reship it — reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Order changes and cancellations
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be changed or canceled.

Returns sent without contacting us
Items returned to us without prior approval will not be refunded. Always email us first.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.
