Welcome to Pawcast!
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of custom video products from us. By placing an order on our site, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Nature of Our Products

Pawcast videos are custom, AI-generated digital creations based on the photo(s), text, and options you submit.
Because each video is unique and made specifically for you, no two videos will ever be identical.

2. Accuracy and AI Rendering

We use advanced AI and editing tools to reproduce your dog or chosen subject as closely as possible to your photo.
However, please note:

  • Minor differences in color, facial features, lighting, or expression are normal and part of the AI creative process.

  • The final look depends on the quality and clarity of the photo(s) provided.

  • These natural variations do not qualify for refunds or remakes.

3. Refund Policy

Because our videos are custom digital products, all sales are final once the video is delivered.

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • The video was not delivered due to a technical error.

  • The video is completely unrelated to the order description or the uploaded photo (e.g., wrong dog breed or missing customization).

If you believe your order meets these criteria, you must contact us at [ customvideo@pawcast11.com ] within 3 days of delivery with a short explanation and your order number.

4. Delivery Time

Typical delivery time is 2–4 business days, but this may vary based on order volume and complexity.
You’ll receive your video via email with a secure download link once it’s ready.

If you haven’t received your video after 4 business days, please:

  • Check your Spam or Promotions folder 

    • or

  • Search your inbox for “customvideo@pawcast11.com" (sometimes our messages get filtered by email providers).

If you still can’t find your video, contact us at customvideo@pawcast11.com with your order number, and we’ll resend your delivery link as soon as possible.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By submitting your order, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and clear photos.

  • Review your order details before submitting.

  • Confirm that you own the rights to the photos or materials you upload.

6. Intellectual Property

All videos, concepts, and creative materials produced by Pawcast remain the intellectual property of Pawcast.

You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use and share your video for personal enjoyment — including posting on social media, sharing with friends, or gifting it to others — as long as the original Pawcast logo and watermark remain visible.

Removing, editing, or covering the Pawcast logo or watermark is strictly prohibited.

Any commercial use, paid partnerships, or brand collaborations involving Pawcast content require prior written consent from Pawcast.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pawcast shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or digital products.
