Welcome to Pawcast! The Pawcast store at pawcast11.com is operated by Di Fiore Creative LLC, doing business as Bruno, Beans and Honey ("Pawcast," "we," "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of Pawcast merchandise. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Our Products
Pawcast sells apparel and accessories — including t-shirts, hoodies, hats, tote bags, drinkware, stickers, and dog accessories — featuring original Pawcast designs. Every item is made to order: it's printed specifically for you after you place your order, and is produced and shipped by our trusted fulfillment partners.

2. Product Appearance
We do our best to show our products accurately. However:

• Colors may look slightly different in person than on your screen, depending on your device's display settings.
• Product images may include digital mockups; small variations in print placement, color, and fabric are normal for made-to-order items.
• Sizing varies by product. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

These normal variations are not considered defects.

3. Orders and Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or products listed at an incorrect price. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

4. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Because items are made to order, production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by 3–5 business days of shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Risk of loss passes to you once the package is delivered to the carrier-confirmed address.

5. Returns and Refunds
Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or color preference. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order, you agree to:

• Provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Reshipping costs for packages returned due to an incorrect address, or that go unclaimed, are your responsibility.
• Review your order details — including product, size, and color — before submitting.
• Contact us before sending anything back to us. Items returned without prior approval will not be refunded.

7. Intellectual Property
All Pawcast designs, characters (including Bruno, Beans, and Honey), logos, artwork, videos, and website content are the intellectual property of Pawcast and are protected by applicable laws. Purchasing a product gives you ownership of that physical item only — not the right to reproduce, copy, resell, or otherwise use the designs or characters. Any commercial use of Pawcast content, including brand collaborations or paid partnerships, requires our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawcast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
